You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use this website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to this website for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Services and Appointments

Booking and Scheduling

Service appointments may be scheduled by phone at 916-290-1247 or through our website contact form. An appointment is confirmed only after you receive direct confirmation from a ResetWash team member. Submission of a contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service appointments at our discretion.

Service Estimates

Prices listed on our website represent starting prices based on standard sedan vehicles in average condition. Actual costs may be higher for larger vehicles such as SUVs, trucks, or vans, and for vehicles in condition requiring additional time or materials. We will communicate any pricing adjustments before beginning work so that you may make an informed decision.

Vehicle Condition

By dropping off your vehicle, you represent that you have legal authority to authorize the requested services. You agree that ResetWash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on your vehicle. We recommend that you document any existing damage before drop-off. We reserve the right to decline services on vehicles that present unsafe conditions for our technicians.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved mobile payment methods. All prices are stated in United States Dollars and include applicable sales tax where required by California law. We do not offer credit or deferred payment arrangements. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned item fee in addition to any bank charges we incur.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

We take quality seriously and stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of vehicle pickup. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the specific services performed and does not apply to pre-existing vehicle conditions, subsequent damage, or services not provided by ResetWash.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to correct a quality issue to a reasonable standard, we may issue a partial or full credit toward a future service. Cash refunds are issued at management's discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

ResetWash's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. To the maximum extent permitted under California law, we are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. We are not liable for loss of personal property left in vehicles during service, although we take reasonable precautions to protect items in plain sight. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables before dropping off their vehicle.

6. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Vehicles left on our premises beyond the agreed pick-up time may be subject to a storage fee of $20 per day after 24 hours of notice. We are not responsible for vehicles left on premises outside of business hours. ResetWash carries standard business liability insurance but is not responsible for damage resulting from weather events, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control while your vehicle is in our care.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on resetwash.online, including the ResetWash name, logo, service descriptions, images, and written content, is the property of ResetWash and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

This website may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute endorsement of those sites or their content.
